The Company was founded on September 22, 2003 in Colorado Springs, Colorado USA and is an individually owned LLC. Your receipts and credit card charges will be from Bulgarian House, LLC.

Return Policy:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you have 10 days to return the product for full credit. However, to return an item, one condition is required: the product must not be damaged. Shipping charges are not refundable. There are no returns or exchanges after 10 days!

Everything is shipped via UPS or USPS so your package will arrive safely and with delivery confirmation. Standard Ground shipping may include UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail, Parcel Post or Media Mail. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air Shipments will always be sent via UPS)

Tax: 
Sales tax for residents of Colorado Springs: 7.40%; residents of El Paso County: 4.90%. Colorado State sales tax is 2.90%. If you are a retail seller or your purchase is made from outside of Colorado, you will not be charged sales tax.
